This position will function as a skilledprogrammer 3that include: • Provides provisioning, de-provisioning and accounts management and services across multiple platforms • Ensure team members are granting access according to defined policies and procedures • Collaborate with human resources, business units, IT teams and other stakeholders to implement, support, and maintain a role-based access control system • Executes and supports access and governance processes and reviews • Provides statistics and supporting information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends relating to Identity and Access Management. • Assist with the development and maintenance of access related policies and procedures • Analyze and improves existing solutions, streamline processes and recommend upgrades to Access Management services to improve end user experience and productivity • Accurately maintain all documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts etc. Mandatory Requirements/Time: • 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study • 5 years of progressively responsible Identity and Access Management related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities • 5 year of Experience with Active Directory administration, Active Directory Federation Services • 2 year of Group Policy Objects • 2 year of PowerShell Scripting • Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO), LDAP, pass-through authentication, and other industry authentication solutions • Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills • Ability to work well in a diverse environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
