Job Description : Great New Career Opportunity for Fortune 500 Financial Client in DFW area Financial company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator with prior exposure to handling marketing cloud in the marketing domain. Candidate needs to be current in lightning and newest version of Salesforce to include Einstein. The enterprise marketing technology organization manages the platforms and systems delivering capabilities to our marketing business partners. What youll do: As a member of the technology team you will be working very closely with campaign analysts and collaborate with our business partners in designing/implementing solutions and problem solving. As a Senior Salesforce developer/administrator you will be responsible for design, development, integration and managing changes within the marketing cloud platform. Cultivate strong relationship with our partners, champion platform adoption and proper use of Salesforce marketing cloud Understanding business uses cases and proposing solution, resolution of issues that include configuration, customizations, integrations, data loads, reports and dashboards Provide technical leadership, ensure designs and solutions meets both technical standards and client needs Designing and developing solutions on Marketing Cloud integration with company systems and being a key member of the development team, architects and business partners, providing best practices guidance on the platform Leading architecture, integration discussions, evaluate design options and best in class implementation Provide SME expertise and support for production issues, installing fixes, on-call responsibilities working with production support team What you have: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field Strong Salesforce development skills gained through 3+ years hands on (design, development) experience and deep understanding of Salesforce platform features. Expert level understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all channel (email, social, SMS) applications within the platform Extensive experience scoping Salesforce Marketing Cloud services and knowledge of all current Marketing Cloud SKUs Expert level experience defining the technical architecture landscape within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired marketing/campaign outcomes Expertise in integration of Salesforce with backend systems synchronous and asynchronous, leveraging mulesoft/Talend Experience in automated build deployment using Jenkins or Bamboo Experience in Java/J2EE technology stack and distributed computing Strong foundational understanding of database, working with enterprise datawarehouse (Teradata, Big Data), Experience with SQL ETL scripting, SOAP/REST interfaces, stored procedures, MapR, Kafka Prior Agile development experience, experience with JIRA, confluence tools The following skills and experience are a plus and will set you apart Prior experience in a financial industry Exposure to campaign analytical tools (such as interaction & campaign studio) Familiarity with implementation of Einstein Familiarity with SFDC to SFMC Cloud connectors   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
