Description: The Information Technology Department is requesting proposals to conduct business and IT strategic assessments.

SCOPE OF WORK

The STATE is looking for responsible Offeror(s) to help develop business and IT strategic assessments as necessary.The STATE is looking for Offerors to provide the services as needed during the term of the contract.

STRATEGICASSESSMENT

Offerors must provide a full response to each item number without cross referencing other sections of the proposal. Offerors must use the table format and maintain numbering provided by the STATE to respond to each item number. Attachments, documents, or samples must be clearly referenced where in the response they can be found in the applicable item number.

Offeror must describe in detail their expertise in evaluating the following processes:
a. Business analysis
b. Demonstrated trusted advisor engagement and management
c. Alignment of business goals to enabling technologies
d. Strategic road mapping
e. Business process recommendations
f. Enabling/emerging technology recommendations
g. Any others the Offeror has expertise in
