Will include evaluation of and interpretation of the regulatory requirements alongside our Legal Capital Markets team and the Project Manager through to implementations of anything from a new workflow within the impacted teams, new technology, new /updated integration of technology, etc. Will entail working with our Trade Support business partner as well as groups like pricing, reporting, accounting, etc. on the business side and the technology teams that support those functions. These are just some examples the scope there various across the various jurisdictions and may shift/expand. In addition to work within the regulatory program, this candidate will pick up project work across other initiatives within my teams scope. The focus on here varies drastically by project/task so Im not sure yet exactly how Im going to place this person will likely depend on the candidate coming in and where I feel they best fit. I do, however, envision this person filling a BA (likely lead) role but being asked also to facilitate project management/coordinator type tasks where needed. Our group supports a wide range of the organization, but is focused on mainly Investments and Trading and the parts of the organization that support them. Types of projects that are performed within my team mostly (but not always) focus on process/workflow assessment/redesign as well as application design/implementation (no developers within my team, but we do work closely with my peer teams and heavily influence/drive direction).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
