Duties • Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Server platform. • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development • Client-side - Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ArcPy, Python, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript Framework and libraries. • Server side - Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code using C#, VB.NET, Web Forms, Web API, Web Services, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core. • Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio experience. • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Should be able to read and write SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. • Work with project manager/business analyst to gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications. • Determine time estimates and schedule for work.
