Job Description :

Essential duties & responsibilities:

· Continually drive initiatives forward from both a strategic and execution perspective.

· Drives oversight and execution of strategic initiatives as required based on enterprise initiatives.

· Accountable for providing efficient, timely, and reliable service to executives, business partners, and team members and have the ability to prioritize and think critically on tight deadlines.

· Acts with strategic intent and sound judgment to lead the development and dissemination of information, communications and materials supporting the organizations strategic objectives and initiatives.

· Demonstrate drive and initiative by leveraging personal technology expertise as well as other sources (meetings, interviews, research, etc.) to obtain and convey information and data in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts- Specifically FFEIC guidelines.

· 7+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives

· 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

· 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management; policies and standards, business readiness, exceptions management or alignment to the enterprise compliance and risk management accountabilities

· Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions

Desired Qualifications:

· Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level

· Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

· Ability to present to senior level executives

· Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries
