This position will primarily support enterprise GRC application under Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division. The role will provide guidance and oversight to various medium and high complexity projects. This role is accountable for full end-to-end delivery of software product and services with team members of varying professional levels. Responsibilities include: Experience implementing enterprise wide GRC solutions and business domain knowledge of GRC processes and best practices((e.g., for SOX & Ops, Internal Audit, Compliance, Vendor Risk, Information Security, etc.) BWise implementation experience (both planning and execution) Applies GRC business domain knowledge Additional Responsibilities: 1. Minimum seven (7) years of Systems Analysis and Requirements Development for Multi-Dimensional Datamarts (Star Schema). 2. Minimum seven (7) years of current and hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases. 3. Minimum seven (7) years of current and hands-on experience with Requirements Management Software such as DOORS. 4. Minimum seven (7) years of current and hands-on experience with MS-Office and Visio. 5. Minimum four (4) years of current experience of working with MicroStrategy Reporting Tool. 6. Ability to communicate with business users and help write business requirements. 7. Ability to translate Business Requirements into Information/Data requirements. 8. Ability to work with project management and technical development team; build and maintain technical/project documentation; participate in project estimation. 9. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analysis, and ability to solve problems and craft business solutions. 10. Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skill sets. 11. Proven track record to learn quickly. 12. Minimum four (4) years of current and hands-on experience in Multi-Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema). 13. General knowledge of secondary mortgage industry. 14. Strong team player that can assist more junior analysts; willing to share knowledge and work to build a whole team environment. 15.
