Works with the Functional Team, to produce a wide variety of technical and functional publications to support the upcoming SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment. 4. Research information such as existing Policies, Procedures, Methods and Practices to identify and draft potential changes to accommodate the new SailPoint IdentityIQ system. 8 Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate must be able to apply specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of translating technical information into functional documentation for training and communicating change to the business offices. 2. Knowledge of document templates, such as standardized templates for Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Methods and Practices. 3. Must have the skills to gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality. 4. Must have strong organizational and project management skills and excellent writing and editing skills. 5. Ability to write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users. 6.
