Deliverables The scope of the work defined in this proposal are as follows: Upgrade of the current SAP HANA 1.00 122.13, SAP Replication Server DMIS SP13 and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.2 SP08 PL05 collectively known as System Upgrades in this document. Determine the correct System Upgrades version based on any Technical Dependencies with current BusinessObjects Reporting 4.2 SP06 P05 versions and dependencies. Review SAP Notes relevant to System Upgrades Determine the upgrade order of least user impact and upgrade the System Upgrades: Environment HANA Replication Server BusinessObjects Data Services Sandbox HS3 Development HD2 LTD DSD Quality HU2 LTU Production HP3 LTP DSP Apply any relevant System Upgrades SAP Notes. Conduct technical checks of System Upgrades including integrations testing with BusinessObjects Reporting system, IBP, etc. Update the SAP Host Agent on System Upgrades systems. Create the following Documentation: System Upgrades Implementation Plan System Upgrades client tool installation Knowledge Transfer Work with the Global Service Desk to install System Upgrades client tool on the Business Analytic Teams computers. In Scope Same as Deliverables Mitigate HANA Analytic View and Attribute View (joins, columns, analytic privileges, view properties, etc.) changes caused by upgrade converting them to Calculation View. Support Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts Validation Testing. Out of Scope Creation and Approvals of Change Tickets.
