The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a role in implementing Workday Integration solutions in support of HR business. The HRI project is an enterprise-wide transformation effort to move Chevron HR ERP solutions (SAP HCM, JDE HCM) to the cloud. The project is being executed in partnership with HR process owners using cross functional HR and IT project teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with HR business analysts and functional analysts to deliver Workday Integration solutions. Assignments will range from delivering all integration design and build deliverables of a small and/or large population to meet complex work streams enterprise wide. The assignment will extend as the project and integration phase progresses. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 10+ years of IT Functional Analyst and Integrations experience required. • Experienced Workday Integrations Functional Analyst with 5+ years of working knowledge of Workday HR Integrations technologies (Studio, PECI, PICOF). • Experience designing and implementing Workday integration solutions globally. • Experience designing and building Workday PECI Studio integrations • Experience aiding business and user adoption of HCM process. • Experience facilitating group discussions sessions. • Strong problem solving and practical analytical skills. • Strong communications and interpersonal skills. • Candidates local to San Ramon/Bay Area required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Workday Integrations Certified. • Experience with APIs and their integration into solutions. • Familiarity with Workday HR processes. • Strong organization and facilitation skills. • Specific knowledge of SAP-HR ERP related business processes and technologies, and/or knowledge of JDE-HR would be a big plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
