Experience configuring and rolling out Base Benefits, Ben Admin and eBenefits product in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and 9.1 5. Minimum 5 years of experience configuring PeopleSoft HCM Benefits module and PeopleSoft SelfServe eBenefits for annual Benefits Open Enrollment, rolling out Open Enrollment configuration and eBenefits for clients and supporting all technical setup, functional setup, employee data analysis and managing communication for Benefits Open Enrollment. 6. Minimum 5 years of direct experience functionally and technically supporting a month long Benefits Open Enrollment event for clients in PeopleSoft HCM product which involves enrollment via PeopleSoft eBenefits module. 7. Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting life events benefits enrollment via PeopleSoft HCM eBenefits. 8. Experience with performing supporting benefits related activities to support bi-weekly payroll in PeopleSoft North American payroll. 9. Experience with COBRA administration and processing. 10. Experience working with external benefits vendors like medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, etc. and interfacing data and files with external benefits vendors. 11. Mandatory experience working with Domestic Partner setup in PeopleSoft and corresponding tax implications in configuration. 12. Exhaustive experience with several clients working on and deep understanding of Excess Flex Credit processes, writing complex custom processes to allocate excess flex credits and deep knowledge of HRA, HSA, Healthcare FSA and Dependent Day Care FSA and their implications on excess flex credit processes. 13. Exposure and experience working on complex medical waive structures and their implications on excess flex credits. 14. Experience working on Benefits cross validation reports for insurance billing, health vendors, cobra, life insurance, etc. 15.
