Our team members are still growing their Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, this contractor must be able to mentor and cross-train our internal team members to grow their knowledge base Qualifications: · Must have 3+ years of techno-functional experience designing and implementing system solutions in the Global HR (Core), Talent Management, and Compensation modules within the latest version of Oracle HCM Cloud. · Must have strong experience using integration tools such as HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, and HSDL. · Must have strong experience extending application functionality using page composer, flex-fields, and UDTs. · Must have strong experience creating complex reports using data models, OTBI, or BI Publisher. · Advanced knowledge of SQL and understanding of HCM tables. · Must have strong experience building and maintaining workforce compensation plans, including configuring plans, eligibility criteria, worksheets and writing fast-formulas. · Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and cross-train peers.
