The person will be responsible for providing detailed reports which will provide assistance in tuning system performance and making future decision for the applications. The ideal candidate will also have PeopleSoft HCM functional experience, and understand system monitoring and system tuning. Duties of this position include the following: Good Hands on experience in performance testing tool HP LoadRunner scripting MUST HAVE Good Hands on experience in HP LoadRunner components Experienced in translating functional requirements into automated LoadRunner scripts Experienced in providing gap analysis of test data requirements Gather business volume metrics and assemble workload transactions for performance testing Develop and document manual and scripted test cases. Design and execute load test and stress test to characterize system performance, capacity, and availability Develop and maintain test scenarios to meet testing objectives Document, track, and escalate system performance issues Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations based on performance test result analysis Requirements: Past Project Experience o Minimum 4 years of Performance Testing experience, preferably in PeopleSoft HCM Applications testing o Excellent knowledge of HP testing tool, specifically HP LoadRunner. Consulting Skills o Detail oriented and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines o Good understanding of QA lifecycle and methodology o Knowledge of SQL queries and ControlM is a plus o Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Display effective analytical skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
