Job Description : Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management Training and Change Consultant It is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management Training and Change consultant. This position will work within the Change Management Team while providing specific and focused support to the Citywide workforce. The position provides end-user training, troubleshooting and change consulting for the Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This position is also responsible to edit current and develop new training content to meet workforce unique time tracking and absence management needs as they transition from current processes to the Workday system. Qualifications: · 1-2 Years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation or support experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED) · Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions according to customer requirements · Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs · Experience supporting or implementing Workday time tracking and absence configurations for customers of all sizes Responsibilities: · Provide HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management training to all BCFD employees and Citywide workforce · Manage day-to-day client relationships throughout project including requirements management, knowledge transfer and issues resolution · Apply Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management expertise to troubleshoot and provide results-oriented instruction through multiple blended learning approaches. · Provide consultation and open communication around the process changes to ensure user engagement and overall implementation success.
