The Test Lead will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met, and that the solution works as expected. o Develop and define the testing approach for the Workday tenants o Define the entrance and exit criteria requirements o Define and develop test scenarios and identify required test scripts o Define issue tracking and resolution process with holistic approach to defined business processes designed for your client o Gather test data and provide testing statistics o Develop and define an ongoing testing process for Workday for teams to use after go-live The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems. Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner and reporting progress Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions Develop a plan for staffing projections Manage testers during the appropriate activities Skills Needed - Experience testing during HCM projects such as such as Workday, Ultimate Software, Cerdian, SAP or other SaaS software solutions Experience developing functional business integration requirements Experience as a test lead for all testing cycles Experience with testing software Experience with utilizing an issue tracking system Experience in presenting test results and statistics required Experience leading testers through various activities Workday certification is a plus/\.Ability to manage project scope and expectations Ability to develop creative solutions Strong and effective communicator Effective analytical skills.
