The vendor must state whether these tasks can be performed and if there are issues or concerns with each task: * Handle production support issues including those that require escalation to higher or other support levels; * Provide front line interaction with the program area help desk staff; * Incorporate documentation in the automated application; * Document on-line help support within MACWIS by using Robohelp; * Track Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) requirement changes and enhancements within the application; * Provide MIS on-call support for emergency fixes reported by Hotline Call Center; * Handle end user help requests until satisfactory resolution has been achieved; * Assist and/or lead user acceptance testing and training testing; * Document help request in the HEAT help desk application; * Train end users and State staff in version release application changes and corrections; * Assist in testing the resolution of a help request; and * Track the number of calls per module, user, and county. * The proposed Application Business Support Analyst must meet the following minimum technical skill set qualifications. The Vendor must identify the professional personnel who will be assigned to this project and complete the qualifications matrix in Attachment D, including all information needed to substantiate that the proposed staff meets the required qualifications; that is, the vendor must include as many projects as needed to equal the minimum years of experience required. This information must include a project start and end date, and whether the proposed worked full-time or part-time on this project.
