Experience :Minimum of 4 years related experience including some hospital and Integration/HIE setting workflows. Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the software/application components. Proficient in practice outreaching and educating medical staff including Doctors,Nurses etc Preferred : Interfaces (HL7, CCDA, IHE profiles, etc) experience using diversified product lines of information systems Experience managing, supporting and/or implementing complex projects that require coordination of resources and planning Experience with healthcare applications such as Meditech, Touchworks, NextGen, Quest Lab, etc .Experience with interfaces testing and standard testing methodology. Essential Functions : Reports to an IT Supervisor, Manager or Senior Manager. Reach out to the facility/connection with High-level educationWorking independently as well as in collaboration with broader teams, the IT- Outreach Analyst will create and utilize various tools and methods to provide support to end users, projects and business leaders on a regular and ad hoc basis. Responsible for working with project sponsors, IT site directors, ministry leaders and project managers to assess, analyze and develop business needs and requirements for potential IS projects/initiatives.Responsible for compiling and reporting data in formal and informal documents including reports and dashboardsResponsible for supporting and/or leading customer health information exchange implementations. S/he is responsible for business process design, business requirements development, training development, and user acceptance testing.
