Experience in Oracle programming and .Net programming. This is an excellent contract opportunity for a results-oriented, highly detailed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities and projects. This position requires a resource with working knowledge of HL7 application interface development and health-code vocabularies and messaging standards. Individual will be involved in the entire cycle of interface application development, including analysis, design/architecture, specification, coding, testing, implementation, and production support. Key responsibilities: Serves as subject matter expert for HL7 application interface development. Develops, tests and implements new solutions per standards and best-fit for particular data exchange. Designs new solutions and handles all aspects of the interface architecture process. Works under the direction of the Technical Team lead to ensure results are achieved and deadlines are met. Resolves problems and provides daily troubleshooting, analysis, and problem definition for production issues. Works with the BA/QA team and data exchange partners to validate and test all new development and exchanges.
