NO LAYERS. THIS IS FOR A HRMS CONSULTANT WITH MODULE EXPERIENCE IN HR, PAYROLL, SSHR, TIME AND LABOR, IRECRUITMENT, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, LEARNING MANAGEMENT, BENEFITS. Required experience: -Excellent experience and knowledge on Oracle Core HRMS setups, SSHR and CWB modules. -Hands on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle APIs, Alerts, Workflows, Self Service Personalization, OAF Extensions, Data Conversion, Interfaces and Work Structures. -Knowledge of HRMS Security, XML Publisher Reports, OBIEE Reports, Web ADIs will be an added advantage. -Requires excellent written & oral communication skills to work directly with customers on tickets. This position also requires understanding & knowledge of the following : -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to analyze and resolve the incidents related with Oracle HRMS. -Resolves user requests in a timely manner. -Work closely with other teams (e.g. DBAs, HR Technologies to ensure tickets are addressed in timely manner) -Documents and create the knowledge repository which will helps in providing quick resolution of tickets. -Identify the opportunity of Continuous improvement and drive the same. -Candidate must demonstrate proficiency working in Oracle HRMS and PL/SQL, to coordinate and communicate incidents/requests status, production remedies queue status; handle escalations; and ensure alignment between the sector goals, IT strategy, and Incidents/Requests. -Provide technical expertise on matters related to Oracle HRMS modules, create technical design documents and specifications and provide technical inputs regarding   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
