Will be tasked with development and/or analysis of components, batch processes, web services, and web applications as required by needs of various projects within the DMV modernization program. When performing analysis of existing systems, applications, or processes candidate will be required to create the necessary documentation as specified in project requirements or by management. Additional tasks the candidate will be responsible for: • system analysis and design • design of web forms and reusable/shared web components • creation of business logic components and methods • project planning and documentation relative to the to the business rules remediating any bugs or problems found in testing • creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post-production support plans • performing self-assessment of accessibility compliance and remediating and researching issues found by accessibility auditors • creation of detailed unit and system test plans • development of user acceptance process. Mandatory Qualifications • 60 - 84 Months: Experienced in Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education • 72 months experience coding ColdFusion Requested Qualifications: • 72 months experience coding with HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript • 60 months experience developing using Front-End Web UI Frameworks (including Bootstrap) to create Responsive Web Design (RWD) applications • 60 months experience using source code controllers (including TFS and GIT) • 60 months experience Developing to Web Accessibility Standards (specifically Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA) • 60 months experience coding .NET and Unit Tests   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
