This will require working closely with the business, application development team to rapidly investigate and analyze requirements, analyze and diagram user profiles and interaction workflows, develop a UI paradigm, and offer highly usable interface solutions. Must have a passion for elegant and user-centric designs, love typography and have opinions on color impact and visual presentation. Ability to identify alternative design strategies, assess design viability and rapidly transform business requirements into a user interface design. Essential Functions: Elicit user requirements and develop them into user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, graphics, style guides, markup, and any other idea that can power the development of diverse client projects. Develop the style guidelines Collaborate with Software Engineers and Architects on front-end integration strategies Provide feedback and make recommendations regarding the web or other application development solution and the relation to the user interface Perform user interface usability studies as required Able to learn and adopt new technologies, tools, usability & design paradigms. Follow industry best practices and keep up to date of the new trends Work under minimal supervision and build credibility of achieving the assigned goals Collaborate with team members efficiently to get the assigned work done Follow and contribute to software development processes of the company Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the managers discretion. 5+ years of solid experience developing n-tier service oriented enterprise environment 5+ years with HTML, CSS, Javascript, OOD, .NET (2.0 or higher), SOAP, web Services, WSDL, developing n-tier web applications with Microsoft .Net technology (C#, Windows Forms/ASP.NET, XML, XSL, JavaScript,AJAX etc). Expert level at CSS driven and W3C/ADA compliant HTML code creation Expert knowledge in HTML/CSS3 hand-coding development Strong experience designing for large scale web applications A thorough understanding of grid-based layouts and UI frameworks responsive design and thinking mobile first Expert in Javascript with JSON, Javascript libraries such as JQuery Knowledge of AngularJS and HTML5 Strong experience applying software patterns in a Microsoft environment. Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including .NET, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and Ajax ? Experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Firm understanding of the IE DOM and DHTML, XML/XPath, XSLT, SAX, Schemas/XSD ? Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2010 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong problem solving and communication skills. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and release management. Self-motivated, independent, team-player, accuracy Additional preferred skills: Strong financial application experience. Experience with .NET 4.0/WPF/WCF, Windows Services, MSMQ Working knowledge of web services and service oriented architecture (SOA), WCF Knowledge of MVC, web architecture and related object oriented design patterns, XAML and Silverlight.
