Assist the Technology Systems Engineer in the IT infrastructure designs and implementations including but not limited to: Assisting in the technical support of the Centene server environment and the applications residing on these servers Mentoring System Support Specialist to perform tasks which include but not limited to end-user support, trouble ticket resolution, file-system/disk management, server installation/configuration, and process/procedural updates Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols Responsible for schedule, test, and implement enhancements or new releases of the server Operating Systems Work with senior/lead system engineers to understand and implement IT infrastructure designs and rollouts Knowledge of network operating systems - as well as programming or scripting language - is desired Experience in high bandwidth HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching Working knowledge of clustered and virtual storage solutions Skilled in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems Proficiency in Citrix XenApp Microsoft Windows Server 2012 experience preferred Citrix experience desired Knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop Experience with printers and print server management 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Basic knowledge and administration skills using Citrix. Basic understanding of commands and utilities used to administer the Windows Operating System.
