This person should be passionate in understanding the business and how it acquires, stores and uses data. This person will be a part of a specialized team that focuses on the privacy and protection of customer information across the corporation and will be implementing changes related to Californias Consumer Privacy Law (CCPA). In support of this large project, you will work directly with team members to identify personal information (PI) and define the requirements for the overall architecture and how data will need to flow. Additionally, you will work with Data Governance (DG) to review/revise existing standards documents, create new standards documents and assist with Metadata questions related to the Enterprise Information Dictionary (EID). This person acquires data from operational systems and positions it to support operational or managerial reporting. As part of this high-visibility project, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our client fully complies with this new regulation. Responsibilities: Analyze and map various business data to understand and define how to best capture CCPA data elements Test and validate data attributes based both on source data and results from other systems to assure the data accurately reflects the source system and business needs Work with source system Operational Analysts to understand system nuances and resolve issues Work with team members to explain the data to enable proper implementation and tracking of CCPA data Create and maintain clear, detailed and accurate documentation Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: MBA preferred; Bachelors degree plus related experience may meet requirements 4+ years experience in business analysis, data migration, business intelligence or similar fields Strong understanding of customer insights technical considerations Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management, peers, and technical staff Candidate must be able to estimate required scope and schedule, and meet deadlines; both waterfall and agile experience a plus Strong knowledge of data warehouse, relational and non-relational databases Skills with data testing experience and software project experience Process improvement mindset   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
