Identifies opportunities for new architectural initiatives; makes recommendations on the scalability, feasibility and robustness of platforms and solutions. Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy. Design, develop, Test, deploy, maintain and code reviews of solutions to validate against requirement and performance benchmarks. Establishes policies and best practices throughout lifecycle of project. Preparing engineering documents/artifacts according to technical and compliance requirements. Co-ordinate with team for the flawless execution of projects. Leading/Co-leading Team of 5-6 developers Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Be responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects. Work closely with product management team to ensure were building high-quality products as well as contribute technically to projects. Skills: Should have 9+ Year experience in Web/Mobility Applications. Should have 3-5 years hand on experience on application development and technology platform like Android, iOS , Web development, Angular JS, Swift, APIs but not limited to. Should have 2-3 years experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodology preferably using Jira. 3+ years into Healthcare domain Implementation experience in at least in 2-3 large size projects.
