This resource must have advanced skills in data profiling, mapping and moderate in data modeling. Profiling is the ability to consume data from disparate sources and determine if that information is sufficient to satisfy the business requirements. This includes querying data repositories to determine level of data quality and completeness, analyzing new sources of data to determine fitness, form and transformation rules necessary for merging into target repositories. Responsibilities: Measures and manages the quality of requirements and work products Maintains the knowledge base on existing application functionality and data structures and relationships Balances business need for changes with current system constraints Promotes an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration Supports maturing client IT capabilities Promotes reusable processes and work products and builds common understanding Partners with Business/Requirement and Analyst Lead Requirements: Strong skills in Informatica, Hadoop, IBM data architect and SQL is needed. Hands-on experience in creating/updating conceptual/logical and physical data models most appropriately needed to satisfy the business requirements. Ability to understand and explain complex data integration and extraction/transformation/load processes (ETL) Candidate having Insurance and Financial domain experience would be a plus. Candidate should have the ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels. Critical thinking, excellent communication, detail oriented, team first attitude, creative and adaptive. Experience working in an Agile environment using Lean, Kanban and Scrum practices is a plus.
