(additional information available at www.ship.idaho.gov) Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) 10+ years relevant experience required: • Health care delivery and regulatory systems, including federal and state medical assistance programs and related laws and regulations; laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing federal and state Medicaid programs. 4+ years relevant experience required: • Planning, developing, implementation and evaluating complex processes and projects at a statewide level. • Identify decision making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identifying partners. • Experience interpreting and explaining specialist or complex material into information usable by the public. • Experience developing and monitoring contracts. • Knowledge and experience with supervisory practices, mentoring and supporting staff, contractors and or subordinates.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
