The University of Washington, UW Medicine, specifically the two medical center entities UW Medical Center (UWMC) and Harborview Medical Center (HMC), is implementing Kronos Workforce Central, an enterprise solution to support the healthcare business needs of 24/7 of scheduling, time reporting, and leave. There is a need for a Project Manager to manage and coordinate the efforts required to implement the suite of activities required to ensure that downstream impacts introduced to University systems and processes from the Kronos implementation are assessed, managed, and that the associated activities are coordinated and communicated to impacted central offices and departments. Deliverables: Work plan for addressing the areas identified on the matrix of business issues ? Weekly status report reporting progress toward work plan and escalating issues for resolution ? Coordinate and manage completion of the downstream impact assessment (work already underway) ? Ongoing cross-functional coordination of inter-related efforts amongst the business tasks, and between the business tasks, Kronos team tasks, and HEPPS team tasks ? Transition plan for migrating ongoing management of these efforts into the Kronos project leadership team ?
