The Project Lead will lead a 2-6 person project team in the development of plans, management of issues and risks, support procurements, implementations and status report preparation. He/she will report to the Project Manager and drive the work and setting expectations for team members, producing deliverables and interfacing frequently (at least daily) with the client. Additional duties include: Project Lead in client relationship and expectations management including working on a daily basis with key client leadership Preparing deliverables Performing quality control review of team member deliverables Managing risks and issues Developing / maintaining the project schedule Preparing status reports Supporting the project management requirements / reporting Supporting the Project Director and Project Manager that have oversight responsibility for the project Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree Minimum 10 years of project experience Minimum 3 years of recent experience working on a large scale state and federal IT project Minimum 3 years of healthcare systems project experience Minimum 2 years of Medicaid experience Additional Qualifications PMP certification preferred Knowledge of Medicaid systems Strong interpersonal skills to build client rapport and work well with Cognosante employees Ability to handle ambiguity and change   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
