The Business Analyst will design, develop, and analyze reports to measure utilization, cost data, clinical outcomes, quality performance, and methodology levers. The BA will work with very large data sets and lead specific projects from conceptualization to completion, by contributing to database creation, statistical modeling and financial reports. This individual will interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources and recommend best approaches for its consolidation. Responsibilities: * Investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare costs data and identify potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies. * Develop innovative approaches to the interpretation of health data * Perform in client-facing situations * Build financial models * Perform analysis of health plans via large data sets * Serve as a team player Knowledge and Skills: * 2 years of experience managing projects focused on healthcare analytics, healthcare economics or Medicaid program integrity * Proficiency with SQL required, and one other statistical programs preferred * Some experience in healthcare analytics, specifically in creating cost-efficiency, risk-adjustment and predictive models and working with large data sets required * Skilled at applying statistical methodologies such as linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, longitudinal data analysis and sampling techniques * Experience in project management as demonstrated with a track record of delivering quality results on complex projects preferred * Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, * Strong written and verbal communication skills required * SaaS and Project management experience preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
