Healthcare EPM Troubleshooting Analyst (Jobs in Irvine, CA)   Requirement id 71897 Job title Analyst Job location in Irvine, CA Skills required Healthcare, NextGen EHR, Training Plan, EPM Troubleshooting Open Date 31-Jul-2018 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement not found Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Healthcare, NextGen EHR, Training Plan, EPM Troubleshooting **Candidate must be our own W2 Employee. **We should take signed RTR form from candidate (Candidates RTR form should be only on the name of APEX Systems) **We should submit only GC,GC - EAD, L2-EAD,H4-EAD and Citizens) Start Date : 08-06-2018 # End Date : 10-05-2018 **Candidate must be our own W2 Employee. **We should take signed RTR form from candidate (Candidates RTR form should be only on the name of APEX Systems) **We should submit only GC,GC - EAD, L2-EAD,H4-EAD and Citizens) Job Description : EPM/EHR IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST Business Unit: Healthcare Positions Requested: 2 Contract: 6 month contract to hire Primary Responsibilities: * Participate as a key member of the core implementation team charged with successfully implementing and supporting an EMR system by becoming a NextGen Certified Professional and subject matter expert in the functionality of the electronic medical records and electronic practice management systems * Serve as main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the Physician offices during the implementation process and post implementation process; on site go-live support and post implementation phase, including optimization * Analyze and document the requirements of a physicians office and clinical workflow as they pertain to the implementation of electronic practice management and electronic medical records software * Prepare recommendation sand/or alternatives that address existing and potential areas of improvements in physician office operations * Redesign existing workflows to leverage the NextGen application and document, review and train future state workflows * Design and configure the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software in the most efficient manner to support the physicians office requirements and future state workflows * Create, utilize and implement customized training curriculum to train and instruct the physicians office staff on the use the features of the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software effectively * Document implementation decisions and configuration approach * Directly and remotely support the physicians and physician office staff in the use of the software * Participate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new application modules and enhancements to existing applications * Perform in-depth tests, including unit and integration testing * Utilize the call tracking software provided to adequately document issues * Correctly status and prioritize issues * Resolve issues directly and remotely utilizing training and provided documentation * Follow established escalation and notification procedures * Provide regular status updates to Project Manager for all assigned tasks Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare environment * 2+ years of professional experience working in a NextGen EPM or EHR implementation role * 2+ years of professional experience with electronic physicians office billing systems * 2+ years of professional experience creating training plans and providing training for adult learners * 2+ year of professional experience working in an EPM / EHR troubleshooting role * Experience supporting and implementing NextGen EHR * Experience with issue resolution and / or issue tracking software * NextGen subject matter expertise supporting successful go-lives, implementation, and maintenance of NextGen programs Preferred Qualifications: * Ba   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
