Works with business partner, client SMEs to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs. Must be able to provide suggestions, deliver effective and innovative solutions that address the clients business initiatives for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows. Clearly articulate and document business process (AS-IS & TO-BE) flows using UML diagrams. Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding existing business process and effectively communicating the requirements (PDD, and functional specs) to the RPA development team. Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate the solution designs and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders. Collaborate with delivery team to provide inputs for the solution estimates including new development efforts, enhancements, and ongoing operations. Proactively resolves customer issues and be a go-to person for any quick turnaround Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to meet the customer demand. Prepare, test functional test cases, demo BOT functions and assist client during UAT. Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience and 3 + years of experience in RPA projects Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication. Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts, RPA tools and AI. Client-facing solution, delivery experience, and expertise in US Healthcare Payer and Provider IT space.
