PC Support and Active Directory account management in a Windows environment and general Help Desk system experience using HelpStar/ServicePro preferred Anticipated Hours of work: Weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., MT., with an expected half hour unpaid lunch break. Education: Two (2) year college degree or equivalent study in the area of IT Support Description of skills and knowledge include: Work with internal customers and end users to identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues/concerns. Minimum Qualifications: • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Knowledge of PC Support and Active Directory • Strong ability to analyze and resolve issues • Experience working with a Help Desk System (HelpStar/ServicePro preferred) Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Excellent communication skills and personable, as the top priority is providing quality customer service.
