Consolidate the downtime information from the service management functions. Prepare and distribute the Service Availability Report. Identify areas for improvement in the system. Prepare the Implementation Plan to implement the Availability Plan. Modify the availability design as per the requirements. Review, approve, or reject the monitoring requirements. Promote awareness of availability requirements and solutions to the support organization. Maintain the availability management system and infrastructure. Maintain the Availability Plan which prioritizes and plans availability. Implement and monitor maintenance activities. Notify stakeholders about maintenance activity.
