The selected contractor will participate in weekly meetings with IT leadership and develop a project plan based on deliverables identified in documented assessments and solution recommendations. Progress against the project plan will also be discussed in detail. Daily 15 minute standup meetings will also be required. 1.1Staffing ECC has a small IT team that currently handles all services specified. Due to the number of projects, ECC is seeking to augment staff and validate strategy. The IT staff consists of the following 6 individuals: • VP of Information technology/CIO o Director of Technology o Systems Engineer o Technical Analyst o Help Desk Support Analyst o Data Analyst The reporting structure is flat with all individuals reporting to the VP/CIO. ECC is currently in the process of upgrading to MS Azure/Office 365 and currently operating on Windows 10, Office 2016. Deliverable 1.1: Critique current staffing, provide a gap analysis, and provide recommendations for an optimal IT team to support the enterprise based on optimal technology (optimal technology may not currently be in place).
