Bachelors degree in Business Administration or 4 years experience in business process re-engineering as a Business Systems Senior Analyst. ? Must have two- (2) or more years experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or Health Insurance company. ? Must have two– (2) or more years experience as a Business Systems Senior Analyst working with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule. ? Must have seven– (7) or more years experience in working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements and related business documents for computer application modifications. ? Must have seven- (7) or more years experience writing Business System and Process Change Documents including Business Requirements Documents, General System Design and Training Documents. ? Must have seven– (7) or more years experience working independently within guidelines, developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures. ? Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is required. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. ? Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. ? Must have good overall PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office products ? Experience level with Microsoft Word and Excel must be at an intermediate level or higher ? Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision making skills. Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet required deadlines. ? Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be able to quickly learn and apply new technology. Preferred: ? Two– (2) or more years experience as a Business Systems Senior Analyst working with MMIS Claims Processing. ? Experience working as part of a large (40+) development team using structured procedures and guidelines. ?
