Notes : NOT looking for SSRS OR SSIS Reporting...looking for BI reporting Description: The Data Analyst Consultant designs, develops and delivers sourcing, analysis insights for Voya-EDM clients, helping them better serve our clients and improve the delivery and use of our products. Our Data Analyst Consultant adept analysis skills to understand strategic, customer needs and then prepare finished analysis to help drive strategic recommendations. The Analyst Consultant delivers sourcing, reporting and analytics, along with insights gleaned from each. Data Analysts Consultants are aligned with internal and external stakeholders for our most complex and challenging sources, and they insure all sourcing deliverables and program data are high quality. The Analyst Consultant is self-directed in their explorations of data and receives very little oversight for the preparation of their deliverables, and they share their sourcing/analysis techniques with others on the Team to continuously improve our capabilities. Analysts Consultants are also expected to provide mentoring and development support to mid-level and junior staff. Data Analyst Consultants manage the customer relationship and develop the program of work, while the Analysts performs the discovery and analysis work, prepares sourcing/integration/reporting deliverables, and briefs stakeholders on the results. The Analyst Consultant is keenly aware of project deliverable and timelines, proactively planning and coordinating efforts with others. Understand Clients Sourcing Needs and Prepare Deliverables Understand Clients strategic and project needs, and how each is reflected in internal and external data. Collaborate with End user Analysts, Client representatives and Operations stakeholders to target opportunities and define deliverable scope. Assess tasks and timelines required for on-time, quality deliverables. Prepare sourcing-optimized fashion. Develop models and perform analysis to final client deliverables. Collaborate with colleagues to share and propagate best practices. Direct-Request Analysis and End-user Self Services Prepare deliverables to meet client-directed, ad hoc analysis requests. Deliver output in a timely manner, in accordance with contractual SLAs, as stated in the MSA. Share insights gleaned from ad hoc requests with all appropriate account stakeholders. Assist Business Reporting Team in the maintenance, oversight, and distribution of sourcing, integration and reporting deliverables. Data Services – Business Rules and Reporting Understand and develop business rules to be applied to data Assist with development of staging, integrated and reporting-ready data to facilitate reporting and development of deliverables Help maintain a data environment that provides consistent and accurate sourcing and analysis of the data Design sourcing, analysis and reporting deliverables, especially around data sourcing, reporting and visualization best practices, and creation.
