Collaborate with the hiring manager on building compelling business cases to get the initiatives approved by the VCIC and passed Innovation Approval Meeting (IAM). Accountable for being a role model team member of the innovation team, ambassador to the wider internal business units and externally. Technical / Specialist Skills and Experience Exhibit inspirational leadership, commercial, entrepreneurial, problem solving and creative skills Good understanding of the US energy ecosystem. Strong understanding of and experience in innovation best practices Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience Proven record in practicing flexibility, opportunism, and adaptability Experience in building strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder base. Experience and clear understanding of US energy trends.
