This resource will be the primary Implementation Engineer and will serve as a mentor to other Optum support staff. A Lead IAM Solutions Engineer - SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is responsible for designing, configuring/developing, and managing SailPoints IdentitiyIQ solution within the enterprise. This individual must have extensive understanding and experience in Java application development as well as IAM industry standards, concepts, and architecture. The Lead IAM Solutions Engineer will serve subject matter expert (SME) for IdentityIQ and will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the product including code management, war file compilation and deployment across various environments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serve as a primary support and development provider for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) * Develop and maintain installation, design and configuration procedures and documentation. * Mentor other members of the IAM team on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration, development, and support. * Provide guidance to customers and team members on IAM-related technologies in the form of consultations, architecture and design proposals and reviews. * Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks. * Participate in an on-call responsibilities. * Performs other related duties as assigned. TOP REQUIREMENTS: a. 6 years of Identity & Access Management Experience (IAM) b. 4 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience c. 4 years of Java/BeanShell development Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in MIS/Computer Science OR Associates Degree and 2 years of equivalent experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years of equivalent experience * 6+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) * 6+ years of Java application development * 4+ years of implementation experience of SailPoints IdentityIQ (IIQ) Preferred: * Developing in an Agile Methodology * Excellent verbal as well as written communication and documentation skills * Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities * CISSP or similar certification(s)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
