This team provides technical support to Financial Institutions using Fiservs online and mobile banking solutions. For clients with solutions hosted by Fiserv, the team also has responsibility for the Digital Channels applications operating within Fiservs data centers. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and resolving Digital Channel application issues and other system issues within the data centers. The ideal Systems Engineer demonstrates a willingness to devise creative solutions to solve complex problems. This person is innovative, consistent, and contributes beyond the assigned tasks. This individual must accurately estimate and track personal work efforts, and will be accountable for the quantity and quality of their work as well as how well they perform within a team. Communicating accurate statuses and escalating issues to leaders in a timely manner is critical. This role will be part of a technically complex network and server environment that will present challenges and opportunities for the team. Additional network experience (routers, advanced switch configuration) would be considered a bonus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003; System Administration experience is preferred Ability to review and write basic C# and SQL syntax Previous experience following change management and change control processes Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience implementing certificates and resolving certificate and SSL related issues highly desired but not required Knowledge of IIS, .Net web applications or equivalent highly desired Experience with financial institutions and/or retail banking is desired but not required Previous hands-on RAID and SAN experience or equivalent disk performance experience desired   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
