The position could extend too! Description : The Data Reports Developer will be responsible for the development of reports and corresponding data analysis support. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and support of reporting services. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Design and develop complex and efficient queries and stored procedures which will be used for reports developed and deployed with Business Objects, SQL and future OBIEE. This includes development and support of additional data structures (tables and indexes) to solve the assigned tasks. • Develop/maintain from simple to complex reports that might include sub-reports and drill down capabilities and other features • Create and maintain report request process, subscriptions and report portal. • This position also requires solid experience in SQL queries for some complex report requirements. • Writing and debugging code is required for analysis of the legacy DB and reporting system built in Informix 4GL with scripted SQL queries. • In-depth understanding of database architecture for SQL and Oracle 11g. • Previous experience with migrating from one data reporting environment to another. Minimum Qualifications: · Six years of information technology experience OR a bachelors degree and four years of information technology experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree in Technology or equivalent experience, with proven track record in the field of Database Design and Reporting • Manages own time effectively to respond to customers requests in a timely fashion and provide customers with agreed level of service • Ability to work in a fast paced and multitasking environment. • Ability to handle detailed work assignments. • Experienced in relational data modeling principles and techniques • Designing reports that run in regulatory mission critical high volume settings • Excellent documentation, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills • Microsoft .NET debugging exposure Key skills: Business Objects, OBIEE, SQL, Oracle 11g   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
