The IT Support Specialist III will report into the IT Gov Office Manager and will directly be supporting Governors Office day to day activities Governors Office Technology Manager on these projects. This position provides services to maintain and support daily IT operations and the underlying technical infrastructure at Office of the Governor and Administration. This includes but is not limited to direct technical support for all IT related equipment owned and operated by the Administration Cabinet, their staff, Office of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. This includes workstations, data network, voice network, server file management, vendor wireless hardware components, and network printers at multiple locations. This position will also assist the AITR for the Office of the Governor, act as TSR coordinator backup, support the agency owned hardware and software, oversee incidents and service requests, account administration, and perform any other responsibilities necessary to keep the administration and Commonwealth information systems running smoothly.
