Promote effective individual and team performance. * Act as primary point of contact to handle project issues as well as manage changes to project scope. * Have a strong customer focus. Manage the development and execution of a project by adhering to a defined project management methodology. Manage the end-to-end project life cycle. * Ensure the work of the project, including requirements and deliverables, are clearly defined. Control the project, in part, by leveraging formal change management. Create and maintain project artifacts as required. * Identifying and mitigating risk. Confirm project success criteria and manage accordingly. * Monitor, evaluate, and control project performance. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. * Plan and schedule project tasks based, in part, on resource availability and other dependencies. * Oversee or modify a schedule of tasks with minimal supervision. * Conduct routine project status calls and reporting of project status. Required Skills & Experience: * 8+ years of IT experience including project management and IAM (identity & access management). * Experience managing projects based on Identity validation like - multifactor authentication, access management, SSO, SailPoint, PAM, AD and CyberArk. * Excellent communicator to bridge between technical teams and business. * Experience at a large organization performing project management for highly visible enterprise-wide technology transformational projects * Experience with JIRA and project management tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
