The person filling this position will work to support design and development of the federally mandated Medicare application which must be completed by April 2016. This individual will then continue to work as a member of a technical team tasked to redesign and transition the current client healthcare technology systems in compliance with the requirements of the 2010 Affordable Care Act. The Technical Architect will be accountable for analyzing and designing the enterprise infrastructure architecture to meet business and technical requirements for IES, This includes creating and maintaining documented standards, assessment of new products and methods, developing and implementing appropriate IT Infrastructure practices across multiple operating systems and hardware platforms. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization on infrastructure architectural is critical.
