The Client will be developing a Message Processing Gateway application to securely receive and disseminate electronic health records via the PA eHealth Authority from regional Health Information Organizations (HIOs) located throughout PA. These records are submitted by various reporters (e.g., providers, hospitals, laboratories, etc.) to the client as per mandated state reporting.
