Job Description: Responsible for the development, deployment and implementation of the Data Warehouse. This individual has responsibility to ensure assigned deliverables are achieved within required schedule and quality standards. Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks: Work with development teams, architects, management, and business stakeholders to ensure the Hub infrastructure is aligned with business requirements and IT standards. Implement data solutions and designs with high quality to ensure alignment with the data architecture and applicable standards. Create and tune SSIS packages, stored procedures, SQL performance and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Participate as needed in the planning, development, maintenance, installation, configuration, documentation, training and implementation of data solutions. Perform technical analysis, support reporting and other data-related issues. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems and follow with root cause analysis and solution. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Working knowledge/experience with SQL Server Database Administration and SQL Development. Working knowledge/experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft Reporting Services and TFS. Working knowledge/experience of Data Governance and/or Information Governance principals. Must be analytical, results-driven, and able to employ the right approach and methods to make the maximum use of time and resources. Excellent interpersonal, creative, and communication skills that allow effective, proactive working relationships in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge/experience with ETL, data models and Business Intelligence concepts. Experience in tracing data errors, discrepancies, and performing data reconciliations. Ability to work in an agile environment. Address bugs with testers, plan schemas with data architects. Ability to multitask and prioritize at a fast-paced working environment.
