We should submit only GC,GC - EAD, L2-EAD,H4-EAD and Citizens. Job Description : Position Summary: The IT System Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the System Operations teams. This includes the Citrix Engineers, Exchange/O365 Engineers, and Desktop Engineers. The supervisor oversees the daily job duties and responsibilities of their teams. Ensures timely resolution of issues and escalates as needed. Reports project and task status to management and stakeholders regularly. Educational Requirements: Bachelors Computer Science or twelve years of enterprise IT experience is a valid substitution for the academic requirement. Requirements: Five years enterprise IT experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Must have good communication skills, be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and be adaptable to change. Have excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as good decision-making/problem-solving skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assigns tasks to individuals in the appropriate teams to achieve a balanced workload and timely delivery that meets stakeholder requirements and expectations. Monitors daily workload, ensures quality standards are met by the team, and reports on progress regularly to management. Mentors and coaches team members, and empowers staff in the successful performance of their tasks while encouraging innovation. Utilizes team-building exercises to help improve communication, relationships, and increase productivity among the teams. Assists the team with resolving problems of a technical or personal nature, or with processes. Rounds with employees on a regular basis to ensure processes are working well and to provide feedback on work performance. Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports. Responsible for timely follow-up and associated documentation on any concerns about employee performance and relays findings to Manager for review. Review and update timekeeper system (Kronos) for any deviations from schedule (overtime, tardy, missed scans, etc.) and holds employees accountable. Assists with interviews, hiring, and on-going discipline of team members.· Performs new hire orientation and ensures adequate and timely training is performed. Trains team members on new and updated procedures and policies. Manages on-call schedule and time off requests ensure proper coverage.· Maintain comprehensive documentation of responsible systems. Track system life cycles and capacity, and report to management for budget and planning purposes. Ensure that all systems that fall under the teams responsibilities are monitored and alerted on, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
