The IBM BPM Application Developer is essential to pro-actively identifying, recommending, and implementing value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes, and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests. The IBM BPM Application Developer position is responsible for applying a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems. As part of the Application Development team, you will make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or project activities. Additional responsibilities of the IBM BPM/ BAW Application Developer include: • Understand overall Equifax IT landscape and serve as technical lead on enterprise projects as part of Technology Services team function. • Maintain overall System IT landscape and collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and adherence to governed standards • Participating in all aspects of the SDLC lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment • Analysis of requirements, design and development of robust and scalable solutions to business or operations problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards • Participating in design and code reviews • Coordinate planning and design of new systems to maximize reuse of applications/components, application patterns and adherence to technology standards Required Skills of the IBM BPM Application Developer: • At least 7+ years of overall IT experience • At least 3 years of experience with process design definition, analysis, requirements refinement and implementation using IBM BPM technologies. • Good experience in designing coaches and coach views in IBM BPM/BAW • Experience in IBM BPM 8.5+ or BAW • At least 3 years of experience with business process management and/or business rules management systems solution development and implementation • At least 3 years of experience with solution development following a formal/structured methodology • At least 3 years of application development experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle or other tools. • Experience in development of Coach Views and Coaches • At least 3 years of experience with web application development using JavaScript, Angular JS, Dojo, HTML, XSLT, CSS, Java, and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or other tools; • At least 3 years of experience with test strategy/plan definition, scenario, and script development; management of User Acceptance Testing   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
