This Quality Assurance Automation Analyst is needed to bring several active, high visibility projects to successful completion, to enable the MNsure technical solution to be deployed and fully operational. *Required Skills: *B.S or B.A degree (4 year) or Associates degree (2 year) or 7 years IT-related experience *Five years experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst *Five engagements lasting a minimum of three months in a Quality Assurance Analyst role *Minimum of 3 years experience in automated testing *Desired Skills: Subject to the Request for Offers evaluation process, points will be scored based on the following criteria as well: *Computer Science or Information Technology degree *Proven experience creating the following documentation: *Test Strategy *Test Plan *Test Cases *Final Test Report *Proven experience working directly with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, DBAs in an Information Technology environment. *Proven experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) *Experience utilizing JIRA *Any experience with the health insurance programs *Any experience training / mentoring on Quality Assurance Best Practice processes *Experience working in a maturing QA environment *Experience with both Black Box and Grey Box testing *Experience writing and executing basic query commands *Proven experience working independently with minimal direction *Experience with IBM Rational *Experience with Performance/Load Testing *Experience with Java   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
