Role Description: Facilitates Scrum cadence (e.g., planning, retrospective, daily stand-ups and show-and-tell meetings) Monitors Agile development line progress using historical data, observations, and experiences to achieve iteration goals and commitments; leads the Agile line to deliver high-quality solutions Remove impediments to the Development Teams progress; communicates obstacles requiring outside resolution to the stakeholders Conduct regular communications to share team commitments/status with other department leads and portfolio coordinators to improve transparency and communication Drive continuous improvement activities for the team including the facilitation of process development and Lean A3 documents for review and submission into the portfolio of backlog work Skill Requirements: 2+ years experience as Scrum Master 6 years IT experience Demonstrated ability to manage with metrics including data analysis and Excel skills Two or more years of experience working within an iterative development environment Two or more years of experience working within an enterprise Infrastructure organization Awareness of Agile and Lean concepts, practices and values Candidate should also possess solid leadership and communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint lists and views, Business Process Management foundations are a definite plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
