In this position, you will work on projects in a client-implementation capacity, interacting with both technical and non-technical personnel to deliver Java and SQL Server based software products to financial institutions. Client Implementation activities will include: Install and configure Fiserv products within a financial institution or Fiserv hosted environment Perform technical readiness and implementation assessments Meet on-site with project managers and SMEs during project kick-off Assist with selection of appropriately skilled personnel Assist with producing hardware specifications sized properly for system and planned growth Some custom development (scripting, SQL Server jobs, etc.) to support implementation and integration of our solution Participation in testing activities integration and user acceptance testing Provide technical support during the initial installation, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing system issues Instruct customers in the proper operation and maintenance of the system Ad-hoc development and support activities will include: Document solution functionality and data formats Assist with RFPs and technical and security questionnaires Test new products and features, advocating the customers perspective Respond to support incidents, meeting defined SLAs Bridge business analysts, development SMEs, and clients as required to solve problems Contribute technical knowledge to sales presentations and business case development for multiple prospects in various stages of the sales cycle Requirements: 7+ years IT experience developing or supporting enterprise applications Windows server application troubleshooting experience SQL Server database deployment or support experience Software implementation experience Bachelors degree Ability to travel up to 25% Ability to work some weekends and evenings as required by financial institution maintenance windows Nice to have: Core banking system knowledge System administration background Windows service development knowledge Familiarity with server and storage virtualization technologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
